Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia is available for Verizon members at a discount for the Lasik surgery. Kremer was the first to invent the Laser used in the process. Davis has them included in the Network, but they may not be fully listed on the web site as of yet.

Laser Vision Correction Service

Participants and covered dependents covered by one of the medical plans offered to Verizon employees and retirees, are eligible for discounts on Laser Vision Correction Services. Davis Vision offers access to a network of experienced, credentialed surgeons with fees that are up to 25% below the surgeon's regular charges and at least 5% below any advertised discounted fees. Please note that some providers have flat fees equivalent to these discounts. Fees usually ranges from $950 to $1800 per eye at participating providers vs. their typical fees of $1,000 to $2,400 per eye. This is an employee/retiree pay all benefit.

Covered participants must obtain a confirmation to be furnished to the provider at the time services are rendered to ensure discounts are received at the time of payment. A participant may receive confirmation of eligibility directly through the Davis Vision Web site at www.davisvision.com , or by speaking with a member Service Representative (MSR) at 1-877-999-7006. MSRs may be accessed through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit Monday through Friday from 800 AM to 800PM and Saturday from 900 AM to 400 PM, Eastern Time.
