       -call 1-888-777-3406
       -visit the www.nocallsplease.com  Web site
       -send a postcard with your name, address, telephone number and signature to: Direct Marketing Association, DMA Telephone Preference Service, Box 1559,  Carmel, NY 10512
       -return the insert in your September phone bill.  If you get busy signals or  experience delays, just try again.  The first sign-up deadline is not until Sept. 15.
